Not at all. Some States are requiring older (60 plus) drivers to take eye and hearing tests. Many are doing this for all drivers. If there was no "imperative" reason to have a drivers license, you saved a lot of money on insurance in the last two years.

You're fine. I have a few friends and relatives who didn't get driver's licenses until they were in their 30s. Matter of fact, my grandma passed away last summer, she was 83, and she never had a driver's license in her life. There's nothing weird about not getting your license as soon as you turn 16.

I belive that after you reach age 65 you should have to take the test every year - at least the written and eye exam.
This online registration lets a lot of older people drive that probably would fail if they had to do it all again

Er...no, it's not too old....or else they wouldn't have given you one....since you are 18, you're insurance should be just a bit cheaper than a 16 year old (note- I said just a BIT cheaper!)

i think that as soon as u turn 70, u shouldnt be able to drive anymore...think about it...ur eye sights shot to s***, ur reaction isnt as quick anymore, and ur probably one of those drivers that drive extremely slow on the highway....blocking traffic and possibly causing an accident...i'ld be too scared to drive when i turn 70...
