Do you agree or disagree that the MENTAL HEALTH section is the worst section to insult someone?

That's like when you call the crisis hotline & tell someone your problems, & they say you should shot yourself & die, rather than trying to help.

I don't understand why some one insults anyone to begin with. That's a really problem that I've always had. You shouldn't insult anyone especially some one with psychiatric issues. Life for someone with psychiatric problems is hard enough with out someone trying to make you feel worse. It might even trigger some one to kill them self if they are upset enough. I would think that any one who tries to insult people who have very real problems I would wonder about their own mental health.

People pick this section as its the one place they know they will get a reaction from there insults and such things. Like with bullies they pick on what they feel is the weaker person and that for some unknown reason makes them feel better. But when it comes down to it people that throw insults around are normally very insecure in them selves and reflect that onto others with negative criticism. and although there is a lot of negative people around there is also a lot more caring and understanding people that really want to help others. take care good luck

i do agree that it is the worst place to make an insult. people are having serious problems and are looking for some peer help and when people insult them that just adds to it. however i think that some people have the theory of if they make them feel stupid they won't do anything stupid. this rarely works. other people are just immature and are looking for a reason to take a shot at people and i think that too is wrong. that is why i try to answer with the most sympathy and understanding that i can because i know what most are going through and it sucks.

Mental Health is ONE of the worst sections for that. Others are Etiquette and Religion. Etiquette has some awful answers on it as well as really rude, vulgar questions. Religion is another one where many people just like to insult others. Someone will post a question asking about something in the bible and people will answer by saying something like, "you are stupid if you believe in God." Whatever happened to letting others believe as they wish?

One does not have to acknowledge or accept the insult.
The question is where is this insult coming from. It is coming from a person that does not know how to open their heart to someone else. This person has anger brewing inside and is trying to release some of it in a familiar way to them.

I wasn't criticizing you. I was just pointing out that if you ask a stranger to help you or tell you what's wrong or how to help you ....you will get lots of answers...most of which you should not pay attention to.

I would never criticize anyone in the mental health section. especially if it sounded like they were depressed.

yes i agree because there are alot of vunerable people here, so it is plain evil to insult the people in need of dire help. if anyone does this you are a product of evil and dont deserve the title of human being of compassion

I observed that and dont like it.. in basic terms like jerk that asked the final thank you to kill himself. then emailed me asserting it become a comedian tale in basic terms attempting to ascertain what share a holes could respond...
