Sounds like she is playing games & has a mild control issue.
As long as she can contact you in someway she feels like you really havent left her life.
What I would do, and have done with exs in past is the following: Let her contact you first, dont approach her via email, phone, Imessenger, nothing.
I would block her from your email and see what happens. If you shut her out of your email (she will only know you're not responding), advise ALL of your friends the same (BLOCK HER-or DO NOT RESPOND). With this little disconnection, she will escalate it to contact you if indeed she is wanting a reaction from you. Like calls, messenger or even mutual friends.- Its a control thing, as long as you are within her reach she has something to keep around "just in case".
After you have her in person whether by phone or Messenger, ask her what the deal is and what is she trying to get out of contacting you?
Depending on her answer, you will be able to tell her intentions. But really you have to figure out if you want someone like that around who plays games all the time starts drama with your friends over nothing.
Not worth any valuable time I'd say!

She broke it off with you, to me this seems a pretty clear indication that she doesn't want to be with you. Who cares what her emails mean, her actions don't speak well for you. I think you should move on and find a nice girl who doesn't play stupid games.

i think she did not want the relashonship but she still wants to talk to you so she comes up with bs to talk to her just ask her to be friends with her so she feels good about the hole thing and so do you now if you dont want to talk to her anymore than stop emailing her back but thats the best thing i have for you this time.

I think that shes just playing games and you should just ignore her..and if she tells you to tell your friends to stop emailing her etc..then tell her to tell them herself and to stop emailing you.

Ignore her emails and stop giving her the attention she is so desperately seeking.
