my kids are grown, and living their own lives. when they were growing up, i'm sure they did annoying things, but from here, i can't remember what!
enjoy your kids while they are young... before you know it, they will be gone, and raising families of their own.

I can't seem to recall what my 18 and 19 year old boys did to annoy me specifically. However I do have a 5 year old daughter now and I can honestly say not to sweat the small stuff. They grow up and stupid stuff like spilling food and drink seems so silly.

My child: You owe me big time.
Me: I don't owe you jack **** now get in there and clean the house like I told you to do.
My child to their friends: I can't go anywhere. I'm grounded.
Their friends" For how long?
My child: Tell my mom says so and I don't ask how long that will be.
Their friends: You made your mom mad???? What's wrong with you???

stupid stuff that they know is not acceptable. my kids are not allowed to answer to why they did it as "i don't know". instead they got smart and say-because i felt like it. that makes me sooooo mad because they gave me an answer and i can't tell them they didn't.
