how you handle tough customers or tight deadlines.

First as for the tough customer, I would answer that by saying that I would be as kind, up-beat, positive and service oriented as possible. It might be someone that is just having a bad few minutes and if you are cheerful it might help them to have a better outlook. As for the deadlines, I would take a look at the most important task and prioritize. Tackle the ones that have the tightest deadlines to meet and then work back from there. If there was to much and I had the authority to do so, I would delegate the ones that I could so that I then would be able to concentrate on the ones that need to meet a deadline. asccommodation to the customer is best answer
and tight deadline work under stress well and if this truely a team motivated company ask for help.
