Find a new boyfriend. If not try Excedrin Migraine. I think it is a stress headache along with some heartache. Consider seeing a doctor and talking about it with her/him.

Based on what you are saying, it could be stress. Stress can also bring on migraines that need more than your average pain reliever. Talk to your doctor about your headaches and he/she may prescribe migraine medication for you. They work wonders. Have you hed these headaches before?
I'm sorry you are suffering. Hopefully you follow through and speak with your Dr. It can really help you.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drugs, tension,
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Maybe this is due to so much stress related to the broking up with boyfriend, but you have to work in your emotions, first .
If you can use some kind of breathing technique to help you deep breathing is excellent for a least 6 times prefer 10 times. another thing is flower essences it maybe a good idea for you. georgina@foywellnesscenter.com

Get a new boy friend!!
No really it sounds like stress or hormone headaches.
When I had my hysterectomy all of my migraines went away. Only then did I learn they were Hormone headaches.
Having your hormone levels checked might be an answer.
