Yea. I was celibate for 2 years. It helped me reflect on what I was really getting out of having sex. I wasn't in a serious relationship and that is what I want so I got to thinking. Why am I giving up the milk and not making them purchase the cow. Ya know.

yeah, definitely. I don't know about choosing a life of non-sexuality, but living life without the option of sex opens up a lot of time.
you do things for the sake of doing them, and not to impress or manipulate the sex of your choice.

which sounds funny, but that's all a lot of people are doing... the have no idea what they want or who they are.

so yes, I think it's great.

Yes i think it is a really good thing. But you got to have the will power to do it in the first place.

Celibacy refers either to being unmarried or to sexual abstinence. Celibacy is sometimes used as a synonym for "abstinence" or "chastity." A vow of celibacy is a promise not to enter into marriage or engage in sexual intercourse. The term involuntary celibacy has recently appeared to describe a chronic, unwilling state of celibacy.

hmmm... i think it is a good thing if you would really follow what it means... but i think it makes your life dull.. hahaha..
kidding aside, no sex won't do harm to a certain person...

Sure, it can be. Also, if you have taken an oath (priest/nun) although, that doesn't seem to have stopped some.

Depends on who's asking you out on a date - it's a great let down " sorry but I'm celebate" is better than "no thanks you ugly ......person"
