Well u gotta select my answer then!!! This is in twi, the main language spoken in Ghana (The capital E means it's a 3 written backwards, i don't have that letter on my keyboard so I wrote it E; the capital O is a C backwards, don't have that one either):
Wo Nim wO Ahwehwem
YE me nkyerewye a efe yEe paa
Ka wo hO na E pepa
EyE bre a Etwa tOo a me ka kyere wO se me do wo!

It's not rhythmic in this language, but hey, I didn't make Twi!!! lol

All suggestions so far are good. Here is the poem
in Hawai'ian:
'O ka'u mele no ka 'oi
kou mako i ke aniani
Akā e wiki 'oe
no ka mea e koli'i ana.
'O hope loa ka'u "aloha ia'oe au".

Explanations of words:
'O = subject marker
ka'u mele = my song, my poetry
no ka 'oi = the best
kou mako = your face
aniani = mirror, glass.
akā = but
e wiki 'oe = hurry
no ka mea = because
e...ana = progressive tense marker(like ...ing in English)
koli'i = slowly disappearing
hope loa = very last
aloha ia'oe au = I love you.

This is in Afrikaans (A South African Langauge):

Jou beeld in die spieel
Is my beste dig
Maar wees rats dit verdwyn
Dit is my laaste "Ek is lief vir jou"

It doesn't sound good in Russian, rather messy.
Needs more work.
