The symptoms are for a woman 36 years old, healthy, a smoker, slightly overweight, wears reading glasses..
1-Headache for 4 days, flactuating in strength, decreases at night time, moves from one region of the head to the other(no imbalance, no blurry vision)
2-Inflamation (appearance of a small mass) in the front of the neck, under the jawline, on the left, whioch accompoanied the headache on the1st day.It dissapeared next day.
2-Inflamation (another small mass) at the back of the head which appeared on the 3rd day of the headache and is still there(2days now)
Any loud voice or rapid movement (especialy movement of the head) causes the headache to increase dramaticaly.
Blood plreasure was measured, turned out to be normal (110/80) . Asperin and similar drugs( Panadol, proffin and Augementin) did not help.

What could be the reason of such symptoms? What speciality?(glands? ear nose and throat? optician? or what?) Is there a site online which can help me diagnose the case?

There could be more than one health problem occurring at the same time. Some of the symptoms mentioned could be related to Migraine headaches. The swollen masses could be related to an infectious process. There is no need to see a specialist just yet. Contact your Doc and he/she can evaluate you. If needed, then you will be referred to a specialist. Bring a list of the symptoms with you to the Doc so that you don't forget some of the symptoms and the Doc can review the symptoms as well. I hope that this helps and Good Luck.

The loud voice and movement sensitivity makes it sound like a migraine. I would see a GP first and let them recommend a specialist. If it is a migraine, you would probably see a neurologist.

P.S. - I know you probably don't want to hear it but "healthy" and "smoker" don't really go together.

I would agree that it sounds like a migraine in part. however, if you have "masses" that come and go, you might have something more serious going on. Consider sinus infections, also could be infection in your lymph glands.
ps.. also agree that you can't be healthy if you are overweight and a smoker. Might analyze diet for allergies to food
good luck!

I hesitate to make suggestions myself. But you said you are a smoker- and I think you know what the usual thought it with that.

It might simply be high blood pressure. But with unexplained rashes and continual pain- or did you mean to include swelling too?- You would be better off taking it to a doctor.

the only things i can think of are your glasses. have your eyes been rechecked? if you have been wearing the wrong glasses your head will definatly suffer.. if not then get the mucus in your ears checked. that would explain the sorenss in movement.. other than that i got nothin... good luck tho

You dont need to jump right in to a specialty...go to your GP, they will run some tests and send you to the appropriate specialist if you need to go.
