what can i do to calm myself from getting too nervous?
i sometimes blush, get really giddy! and sometimes shake! like that little guy on the x factor when he had to audition! help

Try not to focus on your self too much. Keep off stimulants. Try mediation each morning. Smile more offen even. Laugh at your mistakes. Have a good joke regularly. Get round your light hearted and easy going mates.

i had this problem before xams. You can request a separate room and this is more reassuring. But before this, i used to have big deep breaths, before you no it, its all over!
