New Plymouth Brethren.....
I worked for a bloke once who was some sort of Priest with them, they are a weird mob...
He ripped out all the radios in the vehicles and banned us from having a radio on site, well this caused heaps of trouble as you can imagine....
That is all I remember, but they shunned technology, no newspapers or TV, you get the idea...
Blessed Be... )O(

Seventh Day Advent Hoppists. They believed that every Sunday should be spent hopping. They would hop to church, hop through the service, then hop back home again.

You see, they took the Bible literally. Adam and Eve, the snake and the apple--took it word for word. Unfortunately their version had a misprint.

It was all based on 1 Corinthians 13, where it says, "Faith, Hop, and Charity, and the greatest of these is Hop." So that's what they did, every seventh day.

Frisbeeterians believe that when you die your soul gets stuck on the roof and you can't get it down.

They also believe that you won't be allowed to pass into the afterlife unless you bring a covered dish for the PotLuck.

Christianity. They're obsessed with pain, suffering, and death. They believe in a god who would condemn his own son to an excrutiatingly painful death and condemns most of humanity to eternal torment. They delight in eating his flesh and blood.
