Yep i eat other stuff too, grapes, 2 wholemeal toast in the morning , i sandwich lunch, evening meal, pasta chicken or various potatoes, milk etc (the usual) it's just i'm wanting to increase my seratonin just this week to aid in my stress/anxiety recovery.

Will go back on to 2 a day next week, is that ok then?

I'm eating bananas to stop my brain going bananas...Also powerwalk 2 miles a day.

You'll be able to poop through the eye of a needle.Try and vary the types of fruit and veg you have a day.
You fruity 'Animal' you.;o)

EDIT:You'll need to power walk alright....to the nearest loo.Wear long trousers and bicycle clips.

While banana is an excellent source of potassium, you do not want to "overdose" on it, as too much banana causes constipation and will cause a bit of weight gain or prohibit weight loss (whichever side of the tracks you're on). Instead, limit yourself to eating 3 or 4 bananas a week, and try out other delicious fruits, like grapes, kiwi, melons, etc.

Well, you're getting your potassium, and that is good...there is nothing wrong with eating lots of fruit, just make sure to also have lots of salad, and veggies and stay away from fried foods and too many starches...good for you! You could even make fruit smoothies, with milk, sweetener, and ice, in the blender, and get your fiber all at once,..an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Watch out as to many bananas can start to clog you up.You could end up with constipation.Try Kiwi fruit they are great as well.

Fruit and veg are good, but a balanced diet is better.

Eat more pies.

they say if u eat to many bannanas u get constipated but as u eat so much fruit i cant c that as a problem. x

I would watch out , you may turn into a bit of a 'fruit' and end up with a sore a.ss !

If you are eating nothing other than the food listed, then no, it's not ok.

Your diet is too low in calories and too low in protein.
