Yes.
We are what we believe. We see what we believe. Many of the greatest people in history have embodied this belief. If you don't believe this, then what shows up is what you do believe.
Changing and being aware of our beliefs is the hard part. It is like weeding a garden that has been neglected for years. Yet as the weeds clear, we are able to see the beauty that the weeds covered. We are in paradise. Our mind creates that paradise.

Substantially, but not entirely. There are forces beyond ourselves, but what we know as "reality" (as Robin Williams put it, "What a concept!") is sufficiently shaped by our perceptions, which are in turn shaped by our minds, that if I had to say just yes or no, I would say yes.
It has been observed by psychologists that you cannot actually perceive a thing until you have a concept for it. Not that you necessarily have to know what it is, specifically, but that it fits into a category for the sake of your ability to process the input from your eyes. Same with hearing something, etc. So that when we are confronted by something entirely novel, we either don't actually see it at all, or we mistake it for something else.
The classic example is when Native Americans first noticed white sails of ships on the horizon they referred to them as big white birds, because they had no concept of a ship with sails. And when they first saw white people, they thought they were gods, for much the same reason. They simply had nothing to relate to this unique phenomenon, which was enough to attribute it to divine intervention.

Yes, and understanding this and all that it implies is crucial to the whole enlightenment process, but we can't just make the claim, and its more than just trying to create a better life in the here and now...
It's also about looking at your entire life story one piece at a time(especially the disturbing pieces) and confessing..."yes...I created that..and now I know why...thank you..."

Sorry, I'd like to elaborate, but I've been up for 72 hours straight and my mind's starting to get a little fuzzy.

Yes. We do not follow some destiny that is set out before us, we create our own future, good or bad. Some good comes to bad people just like some bad comes to good people, it is just nature.

Yes. Not only do we create it but we can change it at any time. We can be the people we choose to be.

No. We create our own perception of reality. Reality is what it is, whether we see it or not.

Heck yes. We can only see what and who WE are and where we are coming from. So if we change, what we see out there (our point of view) changes along with it. Of course few of us realize that!
