Absolutely not, just because they worship a different aspect of God doesn't mean they aren't worshipping according to God's plan.
American Indians worship nature, Buddhists worship the soul ... what difference does make that these are only aspects of one great God? How could I possibly know if God likes it that way?
I would never be so bold as to look at anyone else with disdain, I'm just a sinner myself with no right to even look to God ... I'm just glad He loves me anyway.

To be honest, I look at people who believe in a God with pity. I try very hard to figure out what each religion is about - what do different cultures believe?
I have spoken to Hindu's, Jews, Christians, Mormons, Muslims, Buddhists (the only faith I claim to) and have enjoyed learning about each of these religions.
Since coming on YA, I have the most pity for Christians - who are incredibly prejudice and "my God is it". They slate off the Muslims - without a shred of an idea what their faith is. They slate off Buddhists and Eastern philosphoy - probably without knowing that those philosophies are the only to have never started or been involved in a war.
Religion is nothing more than an interesting topic over a glass of wine / water. Critisizing other peoples God's is something believers do perfectly well. Why should I?

Despite not being religious, as far as I am aware, all the main religions actually worship the same God so how can you look at anyone elses with disdain? If you are disrespectful to someone elses God then you disrespect your own.

How can I look with disdain at an imaginary creature? I feel contempt for the people who swallow the lies of religion whole and feel the need of it to live a happy life. Pitiful. Most of the time I keep my thoughts to myself though, it's their choice and I respect it, the same way I demand that others respect my beliefs. I just don't understand.

Only the gods that apparently tell human beings to kill other human beings for some cause or some righteousness, or tell them that some people are less human than they are because they're different. Those gods have a tendency to give deities a bad name, and yes, disdain is probably a good word for what I feel towards them. No god is as important as another human being in my eyes.

I reject their God(s). However disdain is a bit strong...I certainly don't have contempt or lack of respect for them nor am I condescending to them.
So no...I don't look at other peoples God with disdain. Perhaps the question should be do you reject other peoples God....although the answer to that will be a unanimous yes....think about it.

In Islam, its followers are taught that there is only One Supreme Entity named God (or "Allah" in Arabic which is more precise).
To Muslims, other followers have misunderstood who God actually is. As there is only one God, there is no issue of "my god is better than your god" or "your god is not good".
So, if someone worship "sun" or "moon" and believe that is god, a Muslim would says to the sun or moon worshiper that the sun or moon is not the actual or true "God". Sun or moon is a creation. The actual Creator is superior that the sun or moon.
It is the same if someone says to a Muslims that he/she believes that God is "three". A Muslim will say that God is only one.
Whatever is our religion, God is only one.
But we should understand what is call "idols" which is sometimes referred to as "gods". To a Muslim, "idols" are "false god" (something that is believed to be God but actually doesn't have the real characteristics or attributes of God). A Muslim will not respect any "idol" such as sun, moon or cow etc in the sense that the "idol" should not be worshiped as they are only creations of the actual one God.
Conclusion:
To know and understand God, is to learn what are His actual characteristics or attributes. If you want to learn more, please go to www.harunyahya.org.

No because there is no God but one. There may be idols that they have made with their own hands and they call them gods but they are not really gods. So I don't look at their idols with disdain, just with pitty for the one who believes in the image that they have made. We don't create our God our God created us. How can one worship something they have made. Isn't the creator greater than the created thing??? How can one worship something THEY created.
