i just dicovered it today.And i dont not went to visit a dentist.

I don't think you have a choice about a dentist. As soon as the gums recede enough you will be losing the bone that holds your teeth in place.
The gum infection can even occur when you are a teenager (Juvenile Periodontal Disease) so being 21 will not save you from gum problems.
You need to deal with this ASAP or your next question will be "I have no teeth and I am 22 years of age."

If you're doing drugs, STOP!!!! The best thing for you to do is see a dentist, let them diagnose the problem

if u dont go to the dentist it will get worse and worse and you will end up losing your teeth get seen now and they can stop it
