It doesn't hurt or anything, it just a pain knowing its there and I can see it when i put my tounge out. Any help on what it is or how I can get rid of it?

it couold be nothing much like a nodule or it could be something serious like cancer. You should not delay seeing a doctor or dentist, because if caught early even the most serious problems can be successfully treated.
Hopefully it is nothing but for mpeace of mind you should ee someone qualified NOW.

I really do not know what it is, maybe a gland or lymph node.
I just don't know if we have those in our tongue.

Use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE as a mouth wash and brush your teeth with it also. It is very healing and great for healthy gums. It works for any mouth tenderness I have.
