Illegal aliens are illegal. Simple. The same thought process could be used to keep any criminal out of jail. Yes, they have families, too. The best thing to keep families intact is for the whole family to stay in Mexico. Then there won't be a problem.

OF COURSE! When you commit a crime, there is a consequence. It is the illegal alien criminal's fault, not the government's fault.

If an illegal gets deported, don't break up the family. Have the family go with the illegal. That's the only logical thing to do.

Yes, it is the burden of the illegal alien. I just wonder why the media isn't so quick to point out how huge numbers of these illegals leave children behind in their home nations to come here. My cousin met a man a couple of years ago, turned out to be an illegal with a wife and several children in Mexico. He wanted my cousin to have his child, presumably to give him an anchor here. He beat her, then failed to understand why her brothers had a big problem with that. He was deported after serving 90 days for assault.

of direction! once you devote a criminal offense, there's a consequence. that's the unlawful alien criminal's fault, no longer the government's fault. If an unlawful gets deported, do no longer ruin up the kinfolk. Have the kinfolk circulate with the unlawful. this is the only logical component to do.

These criminals I do feel bad putting in jail...since it's an American jail. Why keep them here? Send them back right away, and send their children with them.

Why should we care if they have children? Shouldn't THEY care? Shouldn't they consider that their crime is hurting others, hurting someone else's children, etc? Why do they not value any one else's life, family, values, or rights?

I think that since many of these people come from such crap hole countries, once they get even a little human respect from those around them, they lose sight of the fact that they also need to respect others. Send them home, all of them.

The illegal is responsible for their own crimes. If they get deported and chose to leave their child(ren) here, they just prove to us that family means nothing to them. If they are arrested, they just leave their children in the care of someone else. No skin off their backs.

You are so right! Make a stupid choice and your family always pays the price! All criminals make the choice to do what is wrong not their children, but the children pay for it!

I like the way you think! It is SO the burden of the illegal.
