There is nothing worse than trying to sell yourself in an interview when you feel like death warmed up! I would say tell them that you are not very well, but that if they want to run the risk of catching it..... you get my drift!

Generally the tests they give are to find out what personality type you are ie passive/aggressive, dominating/submissive etc. When I did my interview for a recruitment consultant position, I was also asked what I would put in a business plan to increase client base, strengths/weaknesses of self and company etc.

If you're ill, u might as well tell them the truth that you cannot make it to the interview. Ask for re-schedule, showing that you ARE interested for the job, but you're too ill to go out. It's okay to ask what the test could be, so you could prepare yourself.

I was a recruitment consultant. The interview and the test was same as any other interviews. Mmm, let's see,... they might give you personality/psychological test.

Good luck!

tell then you need to reschedule, you are not feeling well enough to meet people today but you believe 2 days from now you'll be in great shape for face to face meetings. the test may be basic pc skills as well as interpersonal to judge how well you work with others and your drive to sell. to be a recruiter, you are really a salesperson. that is a mislabeled position.
