Fish and eggs have maximum proteans. liver contains iron it is use full for anaemic patent. use non vegetarian food to get immediate strength after recovering from illness. i suggest vegetarian food for normal person. it gives healthy and neutrinos vitamins and minerals which can be easily digestible and do not produce unnecessary fat and laziness in the body. you may take every day one fruit, plenty of leafy vegetables and for proteins use spurted grains. The cost involved is less than taking non vegetation food.

Non-veg as in non-vegetable or non-vegetarian? If it's the former, try beans and soy. The average half cup serving of most beans has eight grams of protein in them, but lentils have 13. There is protein in almost everything, even most veggies have some protein in them, usually under five grams a serving, though. The whole wheat bread I buy is 3 grams a slice, I think.

As for the goat's liver, I don't think there are any benefits to it. however, eating something like liver repulsed me even when I ate meat.
