Most people hate lawbreakers and criminals. Illegals (thus the word, illegal) are breaking laws and are criminals.

We do not hate. We are angry at the fact that these people are criminals - disrespecting the laws we all are expected to abide by. The first thing these people did when they entered the U.S. was broke a law by trespassing. Then, by not applying for work visas/permits, or legally obtaining Identification or filing proper tax ducuments, they broke about ten more laws (none of which can be done if you are here illegally). By not paying taxes or registering for Selective Services they are committing two more crimes, for which I, as a U.S. citizen will go to jail for, but again, because they are here illegally, they duck under the hand of the law.

You mean why do we hate illegal immigrants? I don't hate the person as a person, just what they have done. They have shown their contempt for this country and its laws by sneaking in illegally and not going through the process like everyone else had to. If you break one law, then you probably don't care about the others, and we don't need criminals from other countries here. We have enough of our own.
I also hate the way they have contempt for us in OUR OWN COUNTRY, flying their countries flag is public protests and flying ours upside down. I hate the way they are trying to push that Aztlan nonsense, and think it gives them the right to take parts of our country away.
I hate La Raza, it is just as racist as the KKK ever was.

I don't hate them, i dislike what they are or did do to come to this country.
Instead of doing things legally so that they could come to this country , they want the easy way in by coming here illegally. And then they want the same rights as a American citizen. A good percentage don't want to learn English and try to obtain any legally. I am 1/2 Mexican and believe me, my family represents a percentage of what I'm talking about.
Why do i dislike that?
My mother came here LEGALLY. She knew that in order to have a better life she would have to do things legally. It took a long time but my mom did it the right way, legally!
She knew that she could not get a decent job, go to college or do anything with out this. She knew that by getting her green card if in the future she had children they would be proud of her and not have her as a burden.
Coming here illegally doesn't make things easier, its not greener here. They have to live their life in fear of being deported. What really makes me mad is when their children are born here. What situation does that put these children in when their own parent can be taken away from them. How selfish is that and how stupid.
Its the truth I'm sorry if it offends any one. But my mother came here legally, and those that come here illegally are trying to cut corners and thinking it easier to do it that way , when they are dead wrong.

It is not so much hating the individual person themselves, by the actions they have taken, they came into the country illegally, once here, many of them are marching in our streets demanding rights.
Yet they are many LEGAL immigrants (depending on the visa) who are not allowed to work, who are not allowed to claim social benefits, who are not eligible for a SSN. Do you see these people marching in the streets???

Let's put it this way. Illegal immigrants steal opportunities from the law abiding. If they weren't here, America would have to bring in legal workers to do the jobs that Americans won't do anymore. Look at the farming industry. Now we are raiding for illegal immigrants, the farmers are now forced to use H2A visas to bring in workers, and forcing the governmetn to stream line the paperwork for them to come in. Plus if the farmers use the H2a, they are forced to treat their employees fairly. WHo do prefer to let in , those who cheats or those who are honest and truely hard working.

This is an interesting question. People like to donate money to foreign aid and comment on the sad state of affairs in Africa, Cambodia etc maybe even sponsor a kid from a war torn country. The boxing day tsunami in Thailand Australian's donated more than the US and we are much smaller. However when these poor people try to get a piece of what we have " the good life" we hate them for it because they are potentially taking away from the freedom we have. Why shouldn't they be entitled to the same rights and opportunities as the developed world. We are happy to send them money and pity them from afar but it is different when it means sharing what we have. Think about it.

They come into our country illegally, steal jobs away from Americans because the scum bags are willing to work for very little money. Then they act like they should be treated equally as true Americans. Even if they do become citizens they just get on welfare and we have to pay for them to be in our country. Plus they don't even bother to learn to speak English. Americans have to learn to speak their language.
GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM!
