Do you mean Tutankhamun? The pharoah's full name was Nebkheperure Tutankhamun and he was married to Ankhesenpaaten, who is thought to have been his sister (based scholarly knowledge of royal Egyptian marriage practices of the period). When the religion of Aten was abolished and Tutankhamun re-established the worship of Amun, his sister's name became Ankhesenamun.

It is Tutankhamen (King Tut). His older half sister, Ankhesenamum became his queen. Tut died at 18.
