Crows and Ravens both imitate sounds they hear. He's heard Muslims say "Allah" often enough that he's learned to imitate it. They can't do it as well as a trained parrot, but parrots in nature mostly imitate other birds' calls. It's only around humans that they imitate human speech: or dog barks or cat howls.

That was pretty cool.
Muslims believe that all of creation worships Allah swt in their own way. I don't know if that means birds really say ALLAH the way we do or if that bird always hears the call to prayer and can mimic it.
Sometimes birds swoop down in teams in front of my balcony to drive my cat nuts...they taunt her with a certain call. She then repeats it back to them, she sounds just like them too.

He is just imitating what he heard, or it is just what he says, birds chirp, sing, etc.
Just like with people saying dogs are doing a prayer calling, it is just the dog howling, not singing. (You know how a dog howls at sirens? Well that is what it is doing towards the prayer call)
