I always did the song "There Are Worse Things I Could Do" From Grease but since you are a soprano I would suggest "A Little Fall Of Rain" from Les Miserables or "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from the Wizard Of Oz

Try to sing something that the audition folks won't have already heard a million times that day. Also, try not to pick something that has been made famous by a particular actress or singer - people have subconcious preconceptions about how they should sound and it's not a very good idea.
Try to avoid Disney if you can too. I'd suggest, for a soprano, something from Me and My Girl or I Love you, You're Perfect, Now Change.
