This is a SCAM. You haven't won anything. There are several email scams hitting the internet, including the famous Yahoo lottery scam. See below link for confirmation of various scams and how to report them.
http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lotteryscam_Yahoo2.php
Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

Yes, i received it last week. SCAM.
I keep getting emails to fill in a form to update my bank accounts too. I get about 2 a day. Thing is, im not with any of the banks that are supposedly sending them to me!
I get 2 or 3 classic "nigerian" scams a week too. I reply to them asking them for money, to release my money, so i can pay them to release their millions! Winds them right up!

if you didn't go to there official site and buy a ticket then this email they sent you is a scam.
why would you have to pay if you had won money,
they would just take it out of that.
don't reply as then they know to send more stuff to that email
