My ex girlfriend won't let me see my son and I don't think I can take it to court because he wasn't born in the US and doesn't have citizenship. What can I do?

also, both she and I are US citizen's, she just refuses to file the paperwork to claim his citizenship until he's older

It would make sense that if both parents live in the US and are US Citizens then you can take it to court to establish paternity and pursue shared custody.

Talk to a lawyer.

my ex used to do the same thing. its a power trip thing man. once they are happy with their life that will change. i got a lawer. in your case...the best thing you can do is talk to one to find out for sure if you can use the law system.
