I am going to take the ASVAB test soon..and my mathematical skills are not something to brag about. I'm not sure which branch to join yet. What do I need to score good on in order to be an MP?

Bill O is a jerk coward, If you write me I know a few tips on getting a higher score on the ASVAB without cheating.
Just because people don't like the wars we are fighting does not give them a right to tell anyone not to join, I cant even think of a word to give this hippie coward Bill.
It is a shame that these people may live in a place where other will die so they can say that. They should spend some time in Iran during "We Hate USA" day. If this was S. Korea or China or Iran Bill O might be getting sent off to a rape camp.
I can tell you now ignoring what gos on in the world will not make it better, and the day we become a nation who thinks its better to "keep walking" then help people in need is the day we are no better then the people who wish us dead.
If you Join the Army you will goto Fort Leonard Wood great place, top of the line, I did my basic as a 12-B Combat Engineer at FLW and had a few battle buds that were MPs.

Best Bet Is To Take The Test First Then Pick Jobs And Don't Let Your Recruiter Have U Pick Your Job In A Day! Do Your Research! Job Title May Sound Great But The Job Might Suck! Unless They Changed It U Need Atleast A 55 In The Navy And The Army Is Atleast A 90. Now Remember There Are Different Scoring Styles Between The Army And Navy. But No Matter What U Will Need To Have A Decent Score In Math! Sucks Yes I Know. But If Your Tryin To Do Mp As A Way Of Bein A Cop It's Not A Good Idea. Alot Of Places Actually Frown On Mp's. If You Wanna Be A Cop With Military Background Then If U Go Army Go Cav Scout Or Infantry. Navy Well Basically Anything!

Ok a little advice, take your time on the test they give you plenty. As for your score you need a 90 overall score to be an MP if thats what you really want to do but if you are trying to become a police officer when you get out of the millitary you might try going infantry unless your a female then go MP

I don't know the exact score, but it's low enough that you don't have to worry.

why do you want to be an MP, you will be sent to Iraq as a human target, besides that regular soldiers hate MP's. Why don't you get a job at the airport as a TSA agent or a ramp agent, you will be happier and live longer.
