i know there are dummies and know it alls at the workplace, and the severe of both need to be retrained and if not fired....but why is it that people have to be harassed on a daily basis at the workplace when they are doing their job right because someone else is getting less caring about their own part in the workplace......i work a job and i see people acting all lazy and not productive while i'm being very productive....then i see them getting all the credit for work that i'm doing and and i'm getting less credit for the work i'm doing, it should be the other way around but they get credit for doing the things wrong and i'm not getting credit for doing things right...and the funny part is in the long run they will keep their job and i will lose it if this keeps going on, how crazy is that

Life is unfair, what can you do, other than buying an automatic weapon and stalking through the cube farm killing colleagues and managers with blood thirsty glee.

Ghandi said be the change you want to see in the world. You do the work, praise others who do work, and not worry about the lazy ones.

English literature is characterised by the story of humans finding paradise and either losing or destroying it. That is what we do, we have wealth, health and jobs that can be stimulating, but we destroy them in our bitterness and resentment.

Be friendly, happy and helpful and be an example to others.

From experience, I get respect from honest people who know what they are doing and I am always hated by colleagues who are dishonest, lazy and are not competent at their job. What can I do. I am harding and honest and always try and do the best job I can, I am not going to change, and neither should you.

Such is the nature of the human condition.

I don't believe this is just an American problem. The problem is that in America, we have many, many small business operators who will tolerate poor performance, because most of the employees are low paid and who are connected to the bosses somehow. Either by being related, or just by staying there a long time. Your problem seems to be that you are not being recognized properly for the work you do. Look at the relationships between the other people working there, if they are related or have been there a long time, then you may want to get a different job. In this case, the situation is not likely to change.

that is legal yet does tend to reason occasional problems as already reported. a thank you to stay out of hassle is to purely do your interest and if asked to offer a unfavourable remark approximately somebody else, do no longer. I even have worked at places the place over a million/2 the staff have been appropriate in a roundabout way.
