Im a single who want to be married to just one but it seem as there no good women left im starting to think what has happened with all the good lady.

My dear, there are good women
out there. Wanting to get married
is a great ambition, but you ought
to wait...if you get involved with a
woman who loves you and you
love her....and THEN you pop "the
question" on her you'll scare her
off.
You ought not fall in love so easily,
but let love find you. Create a relationship
with some one you can see yourself
with for the rest of your life. Don't just
go for any woman who'll say she loves
you...let her prove her love to you and
find out how you can prove to her that
you love her without having to even say
it.
When you least expect it, the woman
of your dreams will come into your life
unless she already has.
You should never rush these things, but
you should get to know the person first.
It'll just make the relationship amazing;
more amazing than you can fathom.
That and if I wanted to marry some one,
I would at least be with them for four years
but know them a few years before going
out to know how they act around others.
Communication is a key factor.
And no worries: amazing women are
still out there. The right one just hasn't found
you yet!

It is better than your are thinking about it! You have been looking in the wrong places. You need to look at places that the girls think of as a place to do something besides looking for a mate, or girlfriend. Like, for example, a weight loss program, Jenny Craig's for example. I lost 40 pounds. My daughter lost 35 pounds and she looks great and is doing well.
Music places, acting places, professional improvement places, self help places, music lovers places, picture takers places, cooks places and so on. Try a class at a Junior College. Try a dance class, speech class and so on.
You will find girls that are looking everywhere you go. And, when you find them, approach them and be ready to connect to them in all the wonderful ways that you can connect to a woman.
As for unconditional love, it is both the easiest and hardest state of mind to get into. Unconditional is like mother to baby and baby to mother! It is specific! It is not general.
So, you have to begin at the bottom, and work your way up to the gate, which is the eyes, nose, smile and mouth of the lady.
Meet her bravery at the top!

Can't go only on who loves them, if they don't love you, they can't force themselves to. Just not possible.
You'll find one, or she you. Just don't give up, don't lower your life standerds and keep plugging on. It'll work out.

Tough question. Tough answer.
Women say they want one type of guy, so most guys try to be that guy. unfoutunatly, When you are the sensitive caring guy, they flock to the %%%hole. Stop Trying to be nice and be yourself.
This may get booed, but most women like the dangerous guy. I guess it gets the juices flowing in their brain.

Maybe your expectations of a woman are too high. Do you want to love them, or possess them. No one wants to be possessed.
