We're catering our own reception, and here's what we have already:

Roast pork
Pasta salad
Potato Salad
Baked Beans
Green Beans
Cole Slaw
Taco Salad
Enchiladas
Fruit Salad
Devilled Eggs
and Cake for dessert.

We have chips, pretzels, and a veggie tray to snack on, and we're having pop, water, juice, and alcohol for drinks.

My Grandma is not going to be able to attend the reception, so she wants to make something and send it, but I don't know what to tell her to make! Any suggestions?

i agree with having another meat choice, there are some religions where they do not eat pork. I think that she should make some baked goods and you can have a desert table. I think that would be a better choice to send in a package, anything else would have to be refrigerated and might spoil on the way there.

Have her make some sort of casserole since those are super easy to make plus they're easy to transport and easy to re-heat.

Also, you need to think about offering 1 other meat in case there are people who don't like pork or who can't eat it. If you have a grill, you could do grilled chicken with a bbq glaze.

Does Grandma bake? She could make some wedding cookies in the shape of bells or doves and ice them in your wedding colors. Or she can make butter mints, also in wedding shapes and colors.
