Definitely, It is tasty. In my country, people also cook the stomach of the cow to make a special meal call "Pha Lau" that is why i love Menudo so much. It is pretty much the same but different way of cooking and seasoning.

I grew up eating it like maybe every other Sunday or at least once a month on Sunday. It was rude not to eat it, and that was dinner or lunch. But when I was old enough to drive I would go get something else to eat. Now I don't eat it at all or if I do I will eat only the corn. So guess I will have to say no, burned out? I guess

No, I don't but my mom does done the way that the Mexicans do it (they have a different way to do it in her home country of Panama).
