For the attestation of marriage certificate for applying family residence visa for UAE is firstly get attested the certificate by the Notary Public, preferably from your area. Then contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs (of India) for their attestation. Once you have done all these formalities, you can contact the UAE embassy/consulate for further attestation. The passport copies of both the husband and wife are required to complete the attestation procedure from the embassy.
I would suggest you to do this through a reliable agent to save your time.
