Consulte some Doctor please do not take medicines by your own and second if you know barly poridge try this as its very good for sunch indications. To make and eat:
boil it in water untill its soft it took about 3 hours you can also put it in water over night then boil it, it then took i think 1 hour to boil.

do not use any kind of oil or any thing artificial.
Eat it in the morning even before gagling put some milk and honey. You can eat as long as you want but for you problem you can eat atleast 30 day its also for over all body.
