You can use your camera and select each individual shot and erase it, or you can reformat your card.
You can also put your card in a reader attached to your computer, most new computers have built in readers, and either delete each individual image or delete an entire folder.
If you want to permanently delete everything on the card to there is no possible way to ever recover any of the images, you can get a piece of software for doing so, or you can take a hammer and reduce the card to powder on the sidewalk. While the latter method is the only way you can be absolutely certain that the images are gone forever, it does render the card unusable in the future.

Format in camera!
The best way to delete everything from memory cards is to format them in camera. This will erase all fragments of information and make the card neutral again.
One of my cameras is very fussy. It won't accept a memory card if it's been used in another camera. Apparently residual information can upset some cameras. Formatting removes this.

Always format the card in camera.
Some cameras have problems reading memory cards that are formatted on a computer.

The safest way is to reformat the card. All cameras have an option to do that. By reformatting the card frequently you also heal any minor defects in the memory card and there is less risk that it would suddenly stop working and lose your photos.

I think you might be asking a different question.
All files that are deleted from a memory card are able to be undeleted with special software, whether from your computer or from your camera. Until the space is written to again by new photos.
Or there is special software to wipe a disk clean and virtually permanently erase your files. Do a google search for it.

Depends on the camera, but you can delete them from your computer if you have your memory card hooked up, or you can delete them from your camera.
