well...my favorite ab workout is called the incline lege lifts. it's really tough so start out doing lowe reps, unless you can do more of course. any how.... find an incline bench, not the one you can sit on, but the one you can lay on. have your head onb top and your legs below. now lift your legs up to 90 degree anlge and push up and twist. make sure your head is not resting on the bench though, keep it up and it'll burn more. also when you eat, eat in small portions every 2 to 3 hours. if you feel hungry in between you meals , it's okay to eat a fruit or power bar. your diet should consist of proteins (chicken or steak, and some veggies and fruits) try reducing your sugar intake too. if you need any more advice, your more than welcome to email me. i gaurantee you it will work. it works for me and it works for my female friends that needed my help.

there is no workout out there that u can do 2 make ur waist smaller. u can do various types of crunches and ab workouts but all that will do is strengthen ur abdominal muscles. the only way 2 get a smaller waist and stomach is 2 eat healthy and reduce ur daily caloric intake. u also need 2 balance ur food so u eat 55-65% carbohydrates, 25-35% fats, and 15-25% protein. if u do this then u will lose body fat and ur stomach will flatten and ur waist will get smaller. also make sure u workout regularly 2

Situps, and twist while sitting up. That helps work the obliques, or love handles. For the lower abs, do leglifts. Really slow. Lift legs about 6 inches, spread wide, return to center, and lower, but do NOT let hit floor. This provides cosntant tension on the lower abs. You will curse me for this repeatedly, but in 6 weeks you will thank me! Oh, yeah, skip a few meals as well, like only corn flakes for breakfast, lunch only three times a week, and nothing fried ever, just grilled or steamed, and no snacks. Even healthy ones. A lean dinner everynight. You will soon reach your goal!

If you want a smaller waist and stomach, without exercise, use a corset.

If you want to do exercise, sit-ups/crunches would be your best bet.

Or you could get one of those balls that they advertise on TV and do exercise on them.

Limit booze, high fat content in food and use carbs sparingly.

As far as exercise, crunches, leg lifts (lay on your back and raise your legs about 3 inches from ground and hold it) and if you google exercises you can find abdomen/stomach tighteners. Good luck!

Crunches, they hurt but are effective. "Sit ups" gives the wrong impression.
