You really want to know. People don't care about the good workers they only care about the worker that kiss ???? and they like that.

I don't understand your question. I wouldn't think "bad" workers would be worshipped by any company. They're normally the ones who are fired.

some large companies have to watch their back on firing people that are "bad" (lazy is more like it).
i see this a lot in my work place, where one someone just walks around with a piece of paper or a box in their hand all day, avoiding managers. so they never see them actually working, they just assume they have been. which is truly amazing, because the minute they see you stop to take a breath, they always see the one that actually is working, stop? must be the last amazing wonder of the world?!!!

I think there are some bad workers who have learned how to ingratiate themselves with the right people, so they appear to be good workers to them, and good people too.

it no so some people have the style to get thinks done,they believe in themselves ,u have to abusive them and learn the trick "the art of telling"
