I really like to boil my carrots until they are nice and tender, then put them in a small pot and add 1/2 a stick of butter, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 cup water and bring it to a simmer. My mother used to make it like that and it is sooo good. Good Luck!

Buy organic baby carrots with the tops still attached. Cut off the tops, wash the carrots and steam them until done. They are like candy with nothing having to be added.

I steam my carrots until they are barely fork tender. While they're steaming, I saute diced yellow onion in a little butter with salt, pepper until translucent. Add a tablespoon or two of brown sugar to the mix and toss with the carrots. YUMMY.
I also steam my carrots and toss them with butter, ginger, and brown sugar.

If you pu them in a microwave safe dish with a little water to steam them in the microwave, you can always mix a little honey and butter together (melted) and drizzle that over the top. Mum used to do it to get us to eat them and now i love carrots!

either take a supplement or use a pinch of dill and butter (cooked) steam em so you don't lose the vitamins. If you eat them raw, nothing in my opinion because I feel the same way, all you can do is mask the flavor with something fat and unhealthy.

Cook them in honey and butter or if you don't like that, try a cheese or a white sauce that you can buy and only takes a couple of minutes!
Try adding them in a stir fry, if making Taco's grate them into the mince mixture.
Carrots are pretty versatile, grate them into your Salad!

Cut them into 1/2" circles. Boil them just until they're barely fork tender. Then sautee them in butter, vanilla, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, and a spash of brandy. Gooooooood cookin'!

Cook them till soft, then make them like mashed potatoes. That is add butter (real butter of course), milk or half and half, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, then whip them with you mixer till smooth.
