Priests are referred to as "Father". Some prefer you use their first names others their last. My parish priest is Father Jerry. When I first met him it was Father Herda, only on his insistence did it become Father Jerry.
The Pope is The Holy Father or, if you are fortunate to address him personally, Your Holiness.
Additionally, a Cardinal is Your Eminence (his name is written John Cardinal Smith), a Bishop is Your Excellency (name is written Most Reverend John Smith), a consecrated religious man is (generally) Brother - a consecrated religious woman is Sister (and for both consecrated religious, their first names are used).
A Deacon (Catholic) is Deacon John. To write his name is Reverend Mr. John Smith or Deacon John Smith. The first is more formal, but both are acceptable.
There are others depending on the religious order (the convent I work for doesn't have a Mother Superior, but some do), but that is probably way more detail than you want.

A priest has the title of pastor and reverend, no different than protestant ministers. I usually call him "father" because that is his role in relation to me in the Faith as teacher, counselor, friend, etc. I also call him by his first name if we're good friends.
I would call the Pope holy father, father, etc.

The priest is usually, "Father so-and-so", but I don't remember what the bishops or the pope is called - "His holiness" comes to mind.

A priest is addresses as "Father". If you know him well, "Father Bob", othereise "Father Smith". Of course, if you are very close you might be on a first name basis.
The Pope is also known as "Vicar of Christ" and "Holy Father". Another official title is "Servant of the Servants of God".

"Priest" and "Pope" i.e. "Priest Smith" or "Pope Benedict"...Priests are called "Father" as well...and not because he is even close to our Heavenly Father, but because he is like the father to his parish (it is his only duty and calling) and with the Lord God's help he guides and teaches them...i want to clarify this point: while others of my denomination may disagree, i do not even remotely think he is on the same level as God, our HEAVENLY father.
