That is because boys are attracted to girls naturally. Sometimes it's hard for them to control their hormones. Boys are usually attracted to girls' beauty where as girls are more attracted to boys' personality.
In adolescence, most girls and boys begin to be aware of sexual feelings. Many girls will feel physically attracted to boys and boys also similarly attracted towards girls. You may notice that you are more interested in other girls. This feeling is developed due to enthusiasm to know each other. -

Because of Opposite sex girls will get attracted towards boys and boys will get attracted towards girls. Girls cannot be so frank like that of a boy because our society never permits. Thats Y it looks like only boys always get atracted towards girls.

God made us (as in boys and girls) different, but we're supposed to mate & produce, and 'attraction' is the first step towards that.
