If you can make eye contact that is going to be your "window" of oppourtunity. Smile big and say HI, its not as corny as it sounds and try to get her to maintain the eye contact, you can even tell her to stop where she is and make sure you clearly introduce yourself and then tell her she is looking very pretty today, and you can say something about wondering how her boyfriend lets her out of the house, she might then reply that she does not have one, and then you can ask her if she would like one because you cannot let a girl like her pass you by without at least asking for a date...something like that is simple yet genuine and flattering at the least and even if she has a boyfriend you would probably be the first person she thinks of if they ever were to break up...Good Luck Sweety, you will get your girl! :) -Rachel.

Personally I think that it would be better if you just went up to her introduced yourself and asked her on say a mini date...just to like the cafe or something similar, get to know her and if you find that you have a liking for her then ask her out for a real date. Don't be shy, most girls like confidence. If she doesn't know that you exist then make yourself exist in her life. Just be yourself and don't let her intimidate you.

it was hilarious
then you can be like "you're coming with me right?"
just wait till you feel ready to talk to her
ask her a question
tell her a funny thing thats happened to you

how's your setting like? shes your classmate or sth? if she is, then great, walkl up and say hi. start with sth casual. do it while shes alone.
