in my backteeth (they can't be wisdom teeth because I still have like 7 yr.s be4 those kick in) there is kind of a piece of extra gum. It could come off it is really lose. I can't see a dentist because I am really busy. I just want to know if I should pull it off or not

Its called an operculum, which is a little flap of tissue that hangs over the back of a tooth. It will break loose just from eating and biting, so you can leave it alone. If you just have to try to remove it, wash your hands first and try to grab it with a piece of clean gauze.
