Giving him a nick name would be good. Nothing insulting, just something that notes you awareness of him.
Other than that all you have to do is look in his eyes more and smile.
Oh yeah, and throw the paper back at him and play footsie back too.

whats the point of flirting if you dont want him to know?
i say just do what he does to you back to him. if he plays then ask him out sometime.
