I see no problem with that i think freshman's love to go out with juniors and seniors I did. Well just approach her and be like "can i talk to you for a minute" and just ask be straight out with her and get to the point. Good luck

There is nothing wrong with that. If you already speak casually ask her out...if not start talking to her and in about a week ask her out. give it a shot you have a 50/50 chance of her saying yes and that's pretty good odds to me.

I have no idea how old or what grades are a jurior or a freshman. You see I do not even know its your talking about high school or collage or university?
You need to give ages or grades.

well how old are both party's. I mean if its an older jr and a young fr since it can vary then no since it could acctully be illegal. But in most cases i see no problem with it if you acctually like her.

no its not wrong, I'm dating a junior and I'm a freshman.
id recommend giving her a compliment and straight up asking.
or do the whole "do you have a boyfriend right now [hopefully she says no] do you want one?[hopefully she says yes]"

its not wrong but you might as well just wait until for her to graduate. if you get into a sexual relationship and she is under age you could go to jail. be careful
