This has been going on for 10 years! My 10 yr old childs biological father is NOT her biological father, and I can't seem to find it in me to tell him the truth.
How do I tell him?....When would the right time be?.....What would I say?........

Why do you have to tell him right now?
Not that I think it was fair to deceive him in the first place, but why now? I don't think there will ever be a "right" time to tell him. If you are going to do it, then just get it over with.
Just be prepared that this will really hurt him, and may have him questioning EVERYTHING you ever told him.
And how will this effect your child?

Depends on who is paying child support.
If this guy has been paying, then I wouldn't tell him.
If nothing else, it gives the 10-year-old a back-up parent.
If he gets suspicious, there is always the ol' DNA test.

If you tell him after all this time. in all likelihood....he will divorce you and you will ruin your child's life. Confess to a priest of you feel the need to get it off your chest but don't tell him you will unnecessarily hurt him.
