If I wrong somebody, I've wronged them. That's not being a sinner, that's being a jerk. Usually when I wrong somebody I do my best to do whatever I can to make it right. If they accept my attempts at making things right again, that's forgiveness, no?

No, some people need to forgive another person for things that aren't sins. Forgiveness is relative: so ... BUT, in an ideal situation with perfect personalities, yes, there is no such thing as forgiveness ... because they all are perfect and don't do things that need or warrant forgiving, nor do they percieve others as having done things that need the act and decision of forthright forgiving it... everyone is harmonized... However, humans are a long way off of that ideal scenario, though!

I think it would more succinctly and accurately be asked: Without imperfection, incompleteness, error, evil, sin or iniquity, does forgiveness exist?

without sin there would be no need for forgiveness- however forgiveness for sin, is only through Christ. However, this question could be taken in many ways, depending on how you meant it. If you are saying that we should sin, more and more so grace will abound- NO NO NO- Jesus paid the price for our sin, so it is not cheap grace.

How can you be forgiven if sin doesn't exist? In other words, there wouldn't be any need for forgiveness, if sinning wasn't possible.

since we are imperfect, and created in the image of God, we are but faint copies of perfection. Read the bible where it says mankind was conceived by sex, which is ORIGINAL SIN. Since we are therefore ALL stained by that sin, we all need forgiveness.
