I like a modified choke for dove hunting.

Yep, Modified is the best compromise for a single-barrel gun, like pumps and semi-autos.

Us double gun shooters generally get 'em with a Modified and Full so we can reach out a bit further, and still not have such a dense pattern close in that it tears the birds up too bad.

Modified choke for pass shooting Doves or Full choke for extended range longer shots.......7 1/2,8 shot works best.
