He has done things before that I did not report and now finally I did.

When they located him, he lied to them and said I slapped him and broke into his email account, trying to get me arrested.

I swore out a warrant. He works at my company.

Do you think they arrested him?

He is so convincing and manipulative.

Do you think he can get them to arrest me with his lies?

I am afraid.

He also told me not to leave the apartment and threw a biscuit at me and spread it all over the carpet and said clean it up, you did this, it is your fault.

He could be charged with simple battery. An arrest would occur if there's enough probable cause to make an arrest. He could try and file charges and you may have to defend yourself. That is a possibility.

Leave him asap. Stay as far away from him as you can and do not under any circumstances have any contact with him until the matter is clarified.

Listen---this is important.

1. REPORT EVERYTHING HE DOES TO YOU. Whether it be a harassing phone call, a broken window, he slaps you, keys your car...whatever, it doesn't matter. REPORT every little thing. You must do this; for anything to be done for you according to the law, he must have a record, and by reporting him, you will be giving him a record of harassing you. Get a restraining order if at all possible!!!!

2. Tell your family and close friends what is happening. Have them check up you, call you, and generally keep an eye out.

3. Change your phone number and e-mail address. Do not give them to him, or to anyone who would give it to him.

4. Get a good deadbolt lock for your door, and have your dad or a guy friend install it for you (unless you are good at that stuff yourself).

5. If you have the money and time, I would HIGHLY recommend a self-defense class. It's usually only 2 or 3 classes, and often they aren't terribly expensive. Some women's centers or community centers give classes for free.

I assume since he is your ex, you aren't with him, or living with him. If you are, get OUT NOW. If he is doing what you say he is, he is violent and unstable---he could really hurt you (or worse).

Good luck.

Wow... well first let me ask WHY you need all this drama in your life? Thats not to place blame on you but an effort for you to see that you have made some choices that are putting you at risk. I think one poster called it perfect... he is a "nut job" indeed. Get away and stay away.

MORE importantly if this seems to be a pattern in your relationships PLEASE get some counseling and explore your ideas of relationships and what constitutes a HEALTHY one. I'm not one for deep psychotherapy and tend towards a cognitive/rational emotive approach and so caution you about falling for endless therapy with no shore in sight. Therapy is a raft to cross the river but you gotta know where you are headed - ya know?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you probably should NOT be in a relationship until you get your own act together. People will only treat YOU as bad as YOU allow them to. Sounds like this has a tit for tat aspect that is only going to get more trouble. Resolve to respect yourself and have healthy relationships and to be alone for a time so you can regroup. Good luck

Contact a battered women's shelter and ask them for help. A guy like this can turn into a killer real easy. And if it happens again, do not wash off the saliva, the police need it for evidence. (Yes I would wash the eyes out but nothing else. They need to get DNA samples.) Do you have the soiled clothes you were wearing? They might be able to use them. And do not let the police brush you off. Get a lawyer if you can.

you need a restraining order and every time he talks to you record it if one party knows it is being recorded (you) it is not illegal plus it will help your case if it goes to trial also if possible try to have someone with you when you go anywhere they can make a good witness if something happens that why it is not just your word against his. Also inform your company there are laws that are in place to protect you from a harrassment while at work.

Set up a nanny cam in your house to catch him in the act and get your boss/ co -worker at work or your friend to keep an account or journal of all of the times you tell them he has done some injustice to you.

Wow. Get the hell out of there, that guy's a whacko. The biscuit thing -- geez. Sounds like he's got serious control issues. Even if they don't arrest him, definitely avoid him at all costs.
