The true ToE will continue to be shown to be a variation of the current one. No matter how much fundies whine and complain, they have not, despite your bluster and biased websites to the contrary, been able to upend any tenet of the ToE nor prevent the continued accumulation of evidence to support it.

I like the theory of theistic evolution. It proposes that the six days of creation described in Genesis are not 24 hour periods but represent epochs of millions or billions of years. This seems like a long time to us but is the blink of an eye to a timeless God. God crafted the animal kingdom gradually by a process that we call "evolution", which we still do not fully understand. God created man by infusing a soul into a primate animal. This explains why man has an animal nature and an intellectual nature. Thus there really was an Adam and Eve (i.e. the first primates to receive souls). Once there were human beings with souls the spiritual evolution of man began, which culminated in the Incarnation of Christ.

A single hoax or even a number of hoaxes does not invalidate evolution. Evolution is still the best explanation for the biodiversity we see on semi-isolated islands and archipelagoes. The principles we learn there can be applied to continents, oceans... and the fossil record.
The Shroud of Turyn, a hoax, does not invalidate Christianity, right?

The greatest one is about Scientists about to create a single celled life form artificially. That makes CREATIONISM a reality and INTELLEGENT DESIGN a way of life.
Where does that leave evolution.
Is EVOLUTION CREATION or merely how that CREATED CELLS developes over time.
This is where it comes to.
Most Religious people agree EVOLUTION is about slow change over a millenium of time.
It's not about CREATING ALL LIFE ON EARTH
When Science PROVES creationims they help GOD out.
It leaves EVOLUTIONISM as a CREATING INFLUENCE in the gutters
To PROVE evolution as a CREATION entity requires a bunch of PRIMORDIAL muck with NO SCIENTIST or GOD around to spawn RNA and LIFE and you must capture this on VIDEO TAPE to prove it happens.
OK, EVOLUTION as a CREATING INFLUENCE must REQUiRE NO SCIENTIST, NO INVENTOR NO GOD
IT must be RANDOM
AND you MUST document it
SCIENCE is about to CREATE LIFE and you can bet you boty THEY WILL DOCUMENT IT and if it's real, they will tell High School science teachers how to repeat it in the lab for 11th grade students.
Now can an evolutionist tell a science teacher how to make MUCK that left unattended will create SINGLE CELL LIFE in a closed experiment with NO INTERFERENCE.
If they can't then CREATIONISM is correct and EVOLUTION is merely the CHANGE of what SCIENCE and GOD creates, not about CREATION RANDOMLY.

The thing is, JD, that evolution is absolutely provable. It happened. Period. If you cannot reconcile that with your religious beliefs, then it is your beliefs that are deceit, not the other way around. Evolution does not need to be "believed in" any more than gravity does. It exists whether you believe in it or not. Open your eyes; grow up. If your religion is true, it can handle the truth of evolution.

I've read some of the evolutiondeceit website. They nitpick side-issues which are not yet (and may never be) incorporated into the mainstream, hold up the most insane elements as if they were mainstream, engage in character assassination and other extremely unworthy persuasion methods.

even though evelution is basicaly proven........ to make everyone happy how about we all just say that evolution is the answer to how god changed things. i.e. there is still a god pulling all the strings, but humans did evolve.
