since we cant spot reduce body fat the only way to get rid of them is by lowering your body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise.
make healthy food choices and eat 5-6 small meals a day, 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day, plenty of protein, healthy fats and complex carbs.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and to see results you have to do it 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.

How to Lose Love Handles
The best way to lose those love handles is to go on a diet that will shed pounds from your entire body. By diet, we mean a permanent eating regimen that stresses healthy foods – and not an overabundance of them. There are plenty of diet books out there that will tell you how to balance your intake of protein, complex carbohydrates, fat, and fiber.
Any fat-burning aerobic workout is what you need, though you may also want to tone and firm that area where the handles are attached while you’re losing fat. Exercising the abs is good for that, but the best exercises for it are side bends and torso twists.
Exercises for Love Handles
Side Bends:
Stand straight with your knees slightly bent and your feet apart, then slowly lower the trunk a few inches to the left side then back up, and do the same thing again to the right side. Repeat until you’re sick and tired of doing them. Don’t bend forward or backward while you’re doing these as it would be bad for the spine.
Torso Twists:
While standing firmly with your feet a shoulder’s width apart, twist your torso slowly to the left side then to the right while at the same time keeping your hips straight and even. Again, there should be no bending. Don’t overdo it; twisting too far makes it easy to pull a muscle.
hope this helped =)

there is not easy way, there is just a simple way. Run. Run. And then run some more.
Also cutting back on calories will help a lot. You could cut your calories by 500 or run an extra hour. So cutting calories is always a good idea up to a point. Cutting too many calories (dropping below 1200 for females and 1500 for males) will just slow your metabolism so when you do eat a big meal will just cause you to retain weight.

There is no "easy" way....it takes time and discipline.
Know that you can't "spot reduce"...when you diet to lose weight, you lose it from all over, not specific areas.
The only way to lose weight is to consistently eat less calories than your body needs, without dipping too low that your body thinks it is starving. A rule of thumb is not to drop below 1200 calories a day.
Although you can't spot reduce- you CAN spot tone. Do sit ups, crunches, bicycles, planks. Also do some form of cardio- 30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week at 60-70% of your maximim heart rate.

The best way is exercise and a balanced, slow-weight-loss diet. There is no easy way to get rid of stored fat anywhere on the body.

Sex, that's the best way. It burns so many calories, plus it's beneficial in many other ways. It's fun, you know you won't stop doing it cause it's too difficult, and you don't have to do it alone. I just lost fifty-two lbs. and I must say without sex I probably wouldn't of stuck with it. It releases endorphins, so you begin feeling really good about yourself.

Any exercise that makes you twist. A hoola hoop will do it if you practice 30 min a day. As a bonus you'll have the magic trick of being able to hoola hoop.
