you might be not getting enough nutrients and calories.
eating 5-6 small meals a day will keep your blood sugar more stable and give your body energy when it needs it.
take multivitamin and B-complex with breakfast and maybe Omega oil capsules.

hmm... I take a nap every day (naps rock!), but i dont want to sleep all day. try to eat fewer sugary foods and more protein and fiber.
