Not sure you can rent a vehicle anywhere with a suspended license. Whether the status is accurate or not.

no you cant rent one in any state with a suspended license,its the law,good luck.

yes you can rent it. you just can't drive it. but you can put someonme else as the driver who will have to show a valid license.
